About me:
my name is anne sulikowski. im behind the music of building castles out of matchsticks.
i take thousands of pictures and have recently started making little films and videos.
i often think my vision is blurred, but i document what i can, anyway....
i dont have much in terms of equipment but i love what i do. i find all that's really needed to make films interesting is creativity, emotions, the ability to be inspired by beauty and having an active artistic drive......all of which in my opinion are far more important than 3 billion dollar cameras, film degrees and super powerful computers.

i feel an intense personal connection to all my artwork, be it music, photgraphy or film. These clips are remnants of the beautiful reality around me. I find most things hard to describe but feelings are easily portrayed with a melody or a moving photograph. It becomes more real somehow.
i am always looking for film work and am available for hire! i use my own footage and work quickly and am open to suggestions and artistic direction. I also am available to do more abstract and ambient long length clips designed to accompany a musical performance.
