Bellydance is an all inclusive dance form.
It can be enjoyed by people of any age,
size, or shape. Focusing on isolating different
parts of the body - hips, ribcage,
pelvis, arms, hands and head - and
weaving them together in sensuous
patterns, the movements can be snakey
and serpentine, or strong and pulsing,
and are quite natural to the movement and
form of the body.
Bellydance is a fun and exciting way to exercise,
working all of the major muscle groups
of the body, helping develop strength,
poise, good posture, and healthy self-confidence.
It is an art form that emphasizes the
feminine and masculine beauty.
The strength and power of men and
women found within!

'Charleville Castle is the setting for Irish rising star Luan Parle's latest music video. Filmed during a six hour stint on Monday February 11th, the castle grounds were used by Luan for a music video to accompany her newest single 'Ghost', which is due for release on Friday week. Meteor 'Best Irish Female Artist' and Tatler 'Music Woman of the Year', Luan's decision to film her music video at Charleville Castle will bring the beauty spot to the attention of many if her single does well in the charts in the coming weeks. The music video will be used for general promotion around the single both on Irish television and overseas, particularily in America, which is the next target for the singer.'

It is required of every man, the ghost returned, "that the spirit within him should walk abroad among his fellow-men, and travel far and wide; and, if that spirit goes not forth in life, it is condemned to do so after death."
Peace Sunday, June 5, 1982, Rose Bowl, no nukes - nuclear disarmament - stop nuclear madness concert - NYC - Central Park - June 12, 1982, 1,000,000 person march and rally for Nuclear Freeze. Photography and presentation by Curtis Rainbow. 'Give Peace a Chance' music by Achim Schultz. Inspiration by Yoko Ono. Dedicated to John Lennon.
The sky produces a light drizzle; Fog rolls in over the streets setting the mood for the evening. Lanterns are sat on the window; Horse drawn carriages stroll down the cobblestone streets. Ladies sit inside beside their husbands racing to get home for warmth... And so ends a night in Ol' London town.
Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
