By Train: Denmark Hill is approximately 500 metres from The Castle. Turn right on leaving the station then right into Denmark Hill Road. Walk down the hill till you come to the junction with Church Street. Turn right into Church Street and we are situated approximately fifty metres on the left.
By Bus: Camberwell is well served by a number of bus routes: 12, 35, 36 40, 42, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 345, 436, 468, from Elephant and Castle, Vauxhall and The Oval, Brixton, Norwood and Crystal Palace. Check with London Transport for more details
By Underground: Oval (Northern) is approximately 1.14 miles away and Elephant and Castle (B'Loo/North) is approximately 1.5 miles from Camberwell. You can get there via bus from Brixton (Victoria)

Who I'd like to meet:
the castle pub quiz takes place EVERY monday with the first quiz taking place on 7th April 2008.
questions will range from aardvarks to zoology and there are some great prizes on offer. get to the venue from 7pm to enjoy some food and drinks at the bar before heading upstairs for the pub quiz between 8pm and 10pm. after that, either celebrate your winnings/drown your sorrows back at the bar as the castle holds a weekday licence until midnight!
