Casual Crisis is a new band out of Boulder Colorado, attempting to channel a sixties vibe but with a modern flair. They are a four piece band with a full, raw sound that brings together a multitude of influences including elements of the Grateful Dead and the Allman Brothers to more modern pop artists such as Citizen Cope,Ray Lamontagne and Alo.Making music with a creative diversity that bodes well on the live stage is a driving focus for the band. We are currently booking dates for the fall/winter 2009 season. Contact Eric Hoaglund at 720-841-7306 for availability.
While fully capable of flowing improvisational jams, their music is largely based on solid song structure and years of songwriting fusing folk, blues, pop and rock into a satisfying blend. An indie band at heart they hope to unite fans through the power of music. They take a soulful approach to their music which can be heard from the very first note.

Hi guys! Sorry for the reschedule on the show. I think it's the best idea though. You'll be my first show in the brand new JVonD Productions studio so that will be cool. Plus we'll be able do some serious jamming in there. I'm looking forward to it for sure. I just put down 9/2/09 but we can change it as we get closer to then. Please come to my "Super Cold Beer" house warming party on 8/7/09. Have a good day! ~J
