Catfish-Howl was started in 2000 by blues fan Glen Robertson.
Playing good music and performing live is what this band is all about.
Catfish is out of respect for New Orleans blues, Howl is for Howlin' Wolf.

Glen - keys / accordion /vocals
An accordion teacher turned BluesMan, Glen loves to play and perform and get new fans into the Blues.
Bryan Nutter - guitar / vocals
Bryan has played all kinds of music on both coasts and many points in between over the last 25 years but he says, "It always gravitates back to Blues. I started listening to Blues back in high school when all my friends were listening to Black Sabbath or Grand Funk Railroad. I was listening to Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf." For Bryan playing with Catfish Howl has been a way for him to get back with his roots and the kind of music that first made him want to be a musician.
Jamie Moody - Bass
The newest Catfish! Jamie joined the Catfish after celebrating his' 18th birthday! Please come to one of our gigs and make Jamie feel welcome!
Richard Moody - drums
Glen was walking into Daddy's Junky Music in Manchester, NH as Richard was walking out with drum equipment. Glen convinced this Gospel drummer to join a Blues band. (not the 1st time a Gospel player has crossed into the Blues) Richard is a drum teacher that is into sound/recording, and all around nice guy.
Dave B - harp / vocals
Dave came to us from the Budd Brothers after Dannny moved out of town. He brings some cool harp and sweet lead vocals to the band.
Catfish-Howl is ready for anything. The Catfish will play clubs, partys, weddings, festivals, and anywhere else good times and the Blues can be found!

BB King, Roomful of Blues, The Allman Brothers, Duke Robillard, Fats Domino, T-Bone Walker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, SRV & DT, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band, and many others.

We are a 5 piece band from NH/Mass. We are always looking to add new gigs and will travel anywhere the Blues takes us!
Our covers include songs by Robert Johnson, BB King, SRV, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Allman Brothers, Muddy Waters, Fats Domino, Duke Robillard, Jr Wells, and T-Bone Walker to name a few. We cover Blues from each decade. Originals are also a part of our shows.
With this material and our professional dynamic presentation, we have the ability to play to a dinner crowd, a traditional blues audience, or to those that expect us to really kick it into gear!
The band includes guitar, bass, drums, keys, guitar/sax and is available to play just about anytime, anywhere!
