About me:
My name is Catherine, and I am a 22 year old female from New Zealand. I love to read and I love to write. I do not, however, like to write introductions or about pages.My education has been a scattered one; my family didn’t move at all, but my goals in life shifted. I spent two years studying archaeology and anthropology before deciding that wasn’t for me. I then went on to do a one year diploma in web development before returning to university to finish my BA, this time with classical studies as my major.
Blogging is one of my major hobbies and I currently run two:
Catherine-Haines.com is my personal and writing blog, where I talk about all sorts of things and keep samples of my writing. My current projects include a steampunk/magic fantasy duology, a vampire series (first novel is completed), a ghost story, a superhero story, and my planned NaNo story is a historical fantasy set in Victorian Era Scotland and featuring faeries.
On The Nightstand is blog about books - book discussion and book reviews that is.
