  • Spring Rains

    Its raining in the North country and cold damp out, of course not like the bitter winter we just had, but spring damp cold.
    Heading across the country, back roads from Minnesota, through the Dakota's, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, to Texas and around.  Staying off all the big city roads, and freeways, just to takin in the sights of small town and country roads.  Soak in the quiet and have a bunch of alone time.  Reflection is a good thing sometimes, (if your feeling positive anyway).

  • In The Moment

    Current mood:sleepy

    Its dark and cold out, and I am tired beyond belief.......  I feel lost in a cosmos of orbiting astroids...... and it my be the worst time ever to even think of writing a first blog here, but it says myspace, so I am in myspace, a place on a little sofa in this  living room, with a movie on the telly and there is my picture with a koala, a very happy day in May on the gold Coast of Australia I spent with my awesome friends Jen and Tony and their kids......  And the wonderful ocean.....  oh, wonderful to think of as the snow continues to fall here in the sticks of Minnesota  and the wood stove heats my older bones....and Suzie kitty is spread out on the floor and clover puppy sleeps in the chair and Phillip naps..... and my guitar patiently waits a half foot away and says "play Me"..... and I say, "Tomorrow for sure"......  In the moment,........ a deep breath........ calm....... And thats all she wrote.....
