I look at all your faces trying to hide so many tears, unable to understand, what has happened to all of the years. Thinking about our yesterdays when our dreams were still in sight, now we hide within our memories while alone we say good night. Then in the morning you wake up by yourself just to open up your eyes and find, it's just another day you'll be waiting, in love's long and lonely line.
You see the sadness as it's all around you, just needing a smile from someone that is kind, this isn't the way it was suppose to be, nor what you were hoping through time to find. So you stand there in life's pouring rain, wishing the clouds would just wash away all of this pain, knowing if you don't soon find true love, you'll end up going insane. You look through all of the smiles while hoping to find a sign, so maybe these clouds will go away, and the sun will have a place to shine.
Staying home alone, our spirits cry to be set free, wanting to feel true love again, the kind that was meant to be….

"The Need To Believe"
I see my own shadow as it's slowly passing me by, even though my wings are temporarily broken, I still try my best to find a way to fly. Even though the days always turn to night, even in my darkest hours, by morning, I know I'll see the light.
Just when you feel life has finally looked your way, and has shown you there will soon come a brighter day. Clouds block out the sun and then chase all of your dreams as well as all of your hopes, somewhere far away. Every moment you convince yourself there has to be a way, you realize you still need someone to care for you, and tell you everything's going to be okay.
I look around myself and try to understand just what it is that I feel I somehow seem to need, when deep inside, it's just an emotion that I know I must find a way to feed. It will take time as well as patience to believe that as long as I continue to breathe, the reality is, there's nothing that I nor anyone else, can't eventually ever achieve….

I walked into tomorrow while leaving behind so many memories from today, with nothing left for me but sorrow, there were only words for me left to say. The doors were left wide open only they couldn't show me the way, new dreams I'll now have to borrow, if I'm to find meaning in a brand new day....
What happened, how could it have turned out so wrong, now there's only words for me to write, and have to sing them in this really sad song. What happened, why did you turn my smile away, now my heart has to once again be afraid. Filling this whole where you once belonged, still wishing you could have stayed....
I walked into tomorrow, fearing what I now feel from my own yesterday, I couldn't take it any longer, I had to let her go and just finally walk away. How can I forget her, a love that I felt to be so real, when all along she was playing me, now there's only sadness for me inside to feel....
I feel as though I have now lost my way, knowing I'll forever be remembering her for the rest of my days. Dreaming of a once loved yesterday, where as my heart was just a rose peddle that became lost in the river of love, until finally finding itself hopelessly drowning, and then forever being swept away from winds from above....

“My Angel”
I'll never forget the first time you walked by, one look from your eyes and my heart had to hide. Every time I'd see you and every smile that you'd share, you left me wide open and knowing, no one else could ever compare. With all of your beauty and the love in your heart, it was the kindness you gave others that set you apart.
If you are all that you seem, my search will soon be over, I feel like I'm lost within a dream, and you are my four leaf clover. You make me dream as I look into your eyes, when ever I am near you, it's my smile I just can't disguise. Just being near you always blows me away, as soon as I hear your voice, everything else seems to fade away.
When ever you look at me it's easy to realize, I can feel the warmth of your heart through your beautiful and gorgeous eyes. Anyone that knows you would have to agree, though you're one of God’s Angels, I know he sent you to me….
Somewhere deep beyond the stars and their never ending reflections of their peaceful shining light, lies a dream within our vision that still remains hidden and still nowhere to be found within our own ever reaching sight.
A world where we are looked upon as a discovery still yet to be found, where they endlessly listen into the darkness of space while hoping to hear any and every little sound.
As they're looking in our direction just wondering what and how they're suppose to feel, what if they do find us, will they find us quite pleasing, or anything but what they had dreamed as being real....
How could both ends of a spectrum come together with out knowing the reasons for one an others quest for traveling across so many endless miles, how would we prove to one another that any form of friendship would have to first begin by passively exchanging what we like to call friendly smiles....
Would we welcome one another as a wonderful new friend, or would we look around at our own world and then try our best to just smile and somehow make pretend….
