Cat's most important release is the tribute song to the great Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. My love and admiration for him has created a song called Dream.
All proceeds go to helping disadvantaged people. There are so many homeless and poor children right here in our country and there are many great organizations out there with high ratings helping them. Groups like V.O.A Volunteers Of America who give shelter, food, medical, counseling, programs for kids to keep them off the street and drug rehabilitation. They give hope to so many who have no where to go and no one to help them.
We all forget that there are those out there who have no one and nothing to help them through these hard times. They may have mental problems, suffering from abuse which leaves them dysfunctional.
Dr. King is a great example of how we should live our lives with compassion, love, and making change through none violent means,
for this he is Cat's inspiration. If he was here right now to see us elect a black President, he's smiling right now. He helped make it all possible. He was the voice for all that had no voice and his voice is heard to this day.
Cat hopes everyone will be able to download Dream and donate .99cents to help those in need.
This song will always be for the purpose of helping others. For more info

Cat also has a new unplugged CD coming out on Her label Catalyzed Music. It incorporates some of Her piano compositions along with Americana, Alt rock, with some Eastern Indian music as well but still has that sardonic twist. Cat will be playing most of the instruments with some guest star appearances. She'll keep you posted. It's going to be fun!
One of the songs is a ancient Tibetan prayer called Vajra that Cat was asked to write music to by Her Teacher Khenpo Choga Rinpoche.
This will be Her fifth CD if we don't count the 5 other albums She did on her own but were never massed produced.
Cat has played with a lot of great people and also engineered and produced. Check out Cat's Guitar Player interview . It has a lot of details about her
varied career, It's located above the comments column. She also had the great honer to play with Stuart Hamm (Joe Satriani), Jerry Marotta(Peter Gabriel), Gigi ( Mariah Carey) Jon Mulvey(Joe Satriani) in a 14hr improvisational performance hosted by the great Willie Oteri. "I have had some great times":)
"It was amazing to sing with the great Fee Waybill of The Tubes (Don't Touch Me There), It was a dream come true for me". In addition, she was very fortunate to play on the same stages with Peter Frampton, Heart, Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose, as well as singing with Bob Weir and performing with Joe Walsh( The Eagles). Then I had the great honor to sing the National Anthem at the 2006 NHRA Drag Racing Finals in front of 70,000 people and televised on ESPN.
She has a great new band: Jon Mulvey is still at my right One of the worlds greatest guitarist, Joe Satriani call him "A PEER" Tim Bailey of Nuclear Rabbit fame on Drums, and Van Spragins (Paula Cole, Dale Bozzio) on Bass

Heeeey, Cat - it’s been a while :) - and how are you, hope things are good, are they?... Listen, I have a favor to ask you, could I? Since my picture won at the monthly level & Round 1, I got nominated for the LongHair Hawtie of the Year. Round 2 (Finals!) ends in a few days and... - was hoping for those 6 votes from you ;)
So... this is where you would cast a vote. Yeah, you do need to get accepted as a friend of www.MySpace.com/OfficialLongHairHawties before you can vote, but they’re nice girls (the hawtie folks), no harm whatsoever :)
CAT, I wanna thank you for taking the time out to do all those necessary steps to get the votes in! If not everyone, - and that means - you ... this would not have worked! :) Step 2: Enjoy my Vio7 music... better yet, get your very own CD/downloads ( Vio7 on ---> iTunes/ or www.amazon.com ) so that we (I?) could live on your phone/iPod wherever you may roam ;)
Thank you again, in appreciation, your friend - Armand
PS. Check this one out - for Vio7 fans, by Vio7 fans and it is all about Vio7 fans...wouldn't you agree you belong here? Have a peak and become a 'friend' ;)---> www.myspace.com/vio7vixens <--- Thank you in the name of those who originated this in UK not too ago... :)
PPS. don’t keep this a secret, tell your friends about your new find (ever so hot & brand new line-up of musicians, only about a month old now!)... Vio7!
PPPS. look at those insane numbers (just about 700 votes ABOVE the #2 guy ?!?!?!) from the Hawties voting poll - I posted a screenshot of it I took little bit before the voting ended... (it's under Hawties '09 folder in Pics on this profile)
