The spiritual benefits: Build awareness of your body, your feelings, the world around you, the needs of others.
| | Music | Anyone can do yoga! Regardless of age or size, whether you’re a couch potato or athlete, it does not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose. The idea is to explore your limits, not to feel pain, but to release the tension you are holding onto.
Remember When! When we were babies we were all flexible. As babies, we were once able to pull our toes up by our ears and twist our bodies into all sorts of positions. Then we aged, became sedatary, perhaps had injuries, and began carrying stress in our shoulders and back.
We lost our balance in life.
Yoga is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, and spirit. It helps us bring balance into our lives again.

About me:
Yoga For Stress: stress release & stress prevention!
I am an AFPA Certifed Level 1 Yoga Instructor teaching others to reduce and manage stress through yoga.
I teach Hatha Yoga based classes with a focus on reducing the negative effects of stress on our mind, body and soul thru breathing techniques (pranayama) stretches,postures (asanas)and guided meditation.
No previous yoga experience or fitness level is required.
