We found this flashy, down-to-earth "country diamond" in Brooklyn, New York where she operates a country-styled Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Our first stop with Debbie Dangerfield included a showcase during "Country Takes New York, when the Country Music Association made a grand debut in New York City! Performing to a standing room only with her band, Debbie put all on notice, that she will be around for a very long time. Dangerfield is no stranger to country music having performed the rodeo circuit and engagements with the Black Cowboys. Debbie Dangerfield will make her Nashville debut during the summer of 2007 with a set of traditional songs and cuts from Memphis and Nashville newcomers too!

The incomparable Martha Wash wows with her latest single, "You Lift Me Up" from her forthcoming Gospel CD. The CD is her first recording in over 4 years and released on her own record label, Purple Rose Records. Produced by Michael Hearn & Maurice Johnson, Martha describes the first single release as "strong and up-lifting with a message of hope and inspiration". Martha Wash, the songstress and consummate entertainer, with her solid and vibrant vocal range is synonymous with pop-dance music. Her voice has dominated the air waves, and her charisma and spirit has embraced millions of people around the globe. She is responsible for some of the, most recognizable top-selling mega-pop hits of the 80's and 90's. With such pop classic mainstays such as, "It's Raining Men", which is heard on Top 40, Urban and Rhythmic dance stations everywhere! Martha's signature voice in "Sweat" (Everybody Dance Now) was the highlight of C&C Music Factory's career, and the record went on to sell over 5 1/2 million copies worldwide. Blackbox's " Dreamland" featured four 1 Billboard Dance singles and three Top 40 hits including "Strike It Up", a single that continues to receive massive airplay and is still hard at every NFL and NBA game everywhere! The highlights of the career of Martha Wash create a colorful and vivacious history, telling the story of dance and pop music from the days of disco to the present. As one half of the magnificent duo, " Two Tons Of Fun", which evolved into the Weather Girls with the release of the mega-watt worldwide hit, " It's Raining Men", Martha secured a permanent place in history! Martha's noted CD, Martha Wash "The Collection" reintroduced the legendary hit "It's Raining Men", when it was re-recorded and produced post the new millennium featuring larger-than-life personality, RuPaul. It all began for Martha at the age of two in her parents' church in her native San Francisco. Martha honed her big voice, when she went on to study opera and tour Europe while still in high school. Martha Wash became part of a contemporary gospel group called N.O.W. (News of the World). This mix of classical and gospel training accounts for Martha's seemingly effortless transition from strong deep ballads, to pop dance music, to gospel and everything in-between!
In addition to Martha's vast career in pop music, Martha has also starred in major theater productions such as Andre Heller's "Body & Soul" and David E. Talbert's "Love on Lay-Away". From theater, a natural progression was found when Martha recorded numerous jingles and movie soundtracks for major motion film, such as Kiss Me Guido, First Wives Club, Mighty Ducks and Gung Ho. Martha has performed in major concert halls and for heads of state, to the halls of the White House, when she performed for former President Bill Clinton and Mrs. Clinton (now Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton). One of the most revered performances Martha recalls was when she joined forces with Jim Papoulis (composer) in his project called "Sounds of a Better World, Small Voices Calling". The CD is a unique series of songs, a hybrid of pop, orchestral, world beat and gospel. The project was inspired by the image of children confronting a world they did not create, facing a future they must shape and embrace. Says Martha, "I was honored to perform the first single released from this collection entitled, "Listen to the People" at Carnegie Hall. That was a tremendous thrill!" Always one to answer the call of charity, Martha has done considerable work over the years, especially in the area of HIV & Aids prevention. She is requested on a regular basis to help raise funds for local and national organizations.

France Joli July 7, 1979 an unknown French Canadian singer from Montreal --all of sweet 16 -- steps onto the boards of New York’s Fire Island before a screaming crowd of 5,000 to perform her very first single “Come to me.” She left the stage a star. “Come to me” reached 1 on Billboard’s dance chart, 13 on its pop chart, and is now regarded as a solid gold disco classic. It was recently included on the soundtrack of the Miramax movie “54”. Today Joli is an award-winning, international recording artist who continues to perform around the world and has seven albums to her credit.
