Caught in a Trap is a New York Hardcore band based outta Queens/Brooklyn. Throughout the years, the band members have all spent time in various other bands, but have come together to create a bona fide NYHC sound that they feel is no longer available in the new generation of hardcore bands. CIAT released a 5 song demo, produced by the legendary Don Fury, in January of 2006. On the strength of that demo, the band played countless live shows. The band returned to Fury in late 2006 and recorded 9 new tracks. Those 9 tracks along with the 5 original demo tracks have now been released as the band's debut CD, "RATS GET FAT" and is available on No Joke Records.....look for them in a town near you soon!

We're a 'Street Rock n Roll' band based out of Dayton, OH. Since 2006 we've been combining Rock 'n Roll, Punk, Metal, and Glam to make our original sound. We just released a new record 'Shotgun Hero' on our own label, and toured the Mid-West and East Coast.
