CAVE9 STILL NEEDS HELP Despite the fact that we no longer function as a venue, we're still in debt after being audited by the state of Alabama some years back. We functioned as a non-profit venue and were granted 501c-3 status by the U.S. Government. However, due to conflicting laws in Alabama, some of what we did over the past few years was taxable. Due to our ignorance of differing state and federal laws we are in debt. We hate to ask, but if you have a few extra dollars maybe you could donate. You can donate via paypal to cave9rock@aol.com. I've just found out that cave 9 is no more. I'm so sad that this had to happen. Cave 9 is the one venue I loved to go to because if its all ages shows, it was a place were I felt at home from the very first step I took into the venue. I'm glad I had the opporunity to attend shows at Cave 9.
