About me: We are young workers, young families, college and high school students--ages 14-35--who are commited to the Democratic values that make America strong and provide opportunity for all. As the official voice for young people in the California Democratic Party, CYD is a network of over 60 chapters and 3,000 activists around the state.
We take action in our communities on local, statewide, and national campaigns to build the Democratic Party.
We know that despite the "common sense" of the media, young people can and do make the difference in politics--and 2006 proved it!

This will be the first annual white party to be held inside the new Social Nightclub. For this special event we brought in someone who is no stranger to these parties, Donovan SF. He has been host of the yearly white party inside Ruby Skye for the last 8 years. This will actually be Donovan’s FIRST appearance here in Sacramento! We have brought in an expert in props and decor as well to make Social look very plush in white. Avenue Illumination will be bringing in white decor to entice your senses. I hope we will see you Thursday July 30th for what is sure to be an evening full of fun and fantasy!
Please remember that we strongly request that you dress in white to fit the theme of the evening.

This song is in a way a continuation of that song, only its about caring for the close ones still living, but living too far away to be seen in real life every day. The video is VERY improvised. It was shot with a very simple mobile phone while we were climbing a tree inside the Botanical Gardens in Oslo, Norway, last week!
