About me:
More than any other season of life, people ages 21-35 will choose their vocation, marry their spouse, begin having children, buy their first house and define their life-long level of commitment to the local church. For most people this season of life is truly the ORIGIN of our biggest commitments to follow God's plan throughout the rest of our lives.
ORIGIN, a ministry of City Bible Church, believe that the practical things of life intersect with the spiritual things of life.

CBC's Origin ministry is launching a new way for this generation to connect! The Origin Devotional will be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month beginning at 7pm, but come early for some coffee....doors opening at 6:30pm.
Our ministry is also built around monthly Events and Small Group meetings for those that would like to join one. Origin does not have it own weekly church meeting. We join the corporate service at City Bible Church on the weekend or Generation Church's Wednesday Service in the Pearl (NW 15th & Overton). We really hope to see you at our Events!
Who I'd like to meet: Do you live in the Portland Metro Area? Are you 20 something or 30ish? Are you single, married or somewhere in between? Are you looking for a ministry, friendships, community, and a church? Are you in school, working professional, ready to change the world? This is who we are and this is who we want to meet!

Great Christmas Party! To the person who brought the printer/scanner/copier as a White Elephant gift: THANK YOU SO SOOOO MUCH! I had just prayed for a printer that day!!!
Thank you to everyone in Origin that prayed for me at the Worship Night and sent me out to Uganda! I was overwhelmed by the words of encouragement and financial support for the AIDS Education Program. I have been here one month now and God is good and things are going great!
