Comic Book Heroes (r) are a four-piece rock band based in Reading, PA. We’re all in the tenth grade and have been together since we were 11 years old. We started out playing covers, mainly classic rock like the Stones and the Kinks. Soon after, we began writing original material, which could be considered a guitar oriented rock with sort of a vintage feel. In March 2006 we released our first EP/CD. This past summer we released two new singles and performed shows across the county. In October of 2007 Steven “Koz” joined the band on lead guitar.

More than 150 shows across the country including the International Pop Festival (NYC & Hollywood), Texas Rockfest, MMC 12 Showcase, SXSW, Hershey Park Amphitheater, America's Fair, New Jersey beaches, The Knitting Factory, The Silo Nightclub, American Music Theatre, The Works, The Reading Stadium, and numerous clubs, events, benefits and festivals around the country.
Things we’ve done…
We did a music video for Jack’s Big Music Show which is now airing on Nickelodeon's Noggin channel as part of season two, 2007. 6/ABC TV’s teen entertainment show Fast Forward did a profile on the band. We filmed a ‘Rockumentary’ of a show we did in Indiana where we opened for Foghat. The band's also done interviews for radio, magazines, newspapers, and TV.
We’ve met a lot of great people, made new fans and friends and continue to enjoy the amazing time we’re having in this band!
