About Called By His Name

CBHN is the award winning youth band & praise team at Unity Church of God in Jesup, Georgia. Founded in the year 2000, there were only 3 musicians and no singers. In the seven years of our existence, we have expanded to 9 musicians and 7 singers. We have had several opportunities to lead worship all across our state and even in surrounding states. We have also competed in International Teen Talent for the past three consecutive years both instrumentally and with the praise team.

Our MIssion:

It is our mission to lead youth in powerful, heartfelt worship. Our goal is reach at least one person through our ministry - to help at least one person touch the heart of God. If we can do this then it will be worth anything we have to go through to do so. We lead by example. CBHN is made up of people who each know their savior on a personal level, people who each possess the heart of a worshiper. Called By His Name comes from the 2 Chronicles 7:14 - "..if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray...". We live to see Him lifted up. We live for Him. We live because of Him. We are Called By His Name.

Doors will be open from 10:30 PM till 2:00 AM. The event includes free food, live music, PlayStation 2s, pool tables, and much more!
