About me:
I'm happily married to my best friend, and living a dream come true. My family keeps me busy, and one of my favorite things to do is watch my nephew and niece play sports - those kids are AMAZING!
I write lesbian romance novels which are published by Regal Crest Enterprises - 9 so far, and busily working on a couple more. It's something I always wanted to do, and I'm truly blessed to have the opportunity. I only wish I'd paid more attention to grammar lessons in school :-)
Right now I'm about 3/4 finished with my newest work. It's a stand-alone, meaning all new characters. Although it's set present-day in a fictional small, West Texas town, it's a little different from my usual stuff. No horses, cowgirls or ranches. The working title is "Piperton" (the name of said fictional town). Here's a quick blurb:
Sam Hendrickson has been traveling around the Southwest for ten years, never staying in one place long enough to call it home. Doing odd jobs to pay for her food and gas, she thinks her life is fine, until fate intervenes. On her way to Dallas to find work for the upcoming winter, her car breaks down in the small town of Piperton. Sam’s never concerned herself over what other people think, but the small minds of a West Texas town may be more than she bargained for – especially when she meets Janie Clarke.
Hopefully with the help of those pesky little voices I will finish it soon. I just wish they'd stop waking me up in the middle of the night - or tap me on the shoulder when I'm at the grocery store. It's hard to write ideas on the back of a shopping list!
Thanks for the copy of the new book! Gee, I've never been a technical advisor before....guess all this child-expertise finally paid off! LOL! The book looks GREAT - can't wait to read it!
