Axthor is founded in 2006. Who doesn’t remember the golden 70’s & 80’s; the period where numerous hardrock classics found their way to the public. Uncountable hits were made, and are still well-known till this day on. Today, Axthor takes you back to that golden age, by covering Judas Priest, AC/DC, Scorpions, U.F.O, and many others. They also play own-written songs like “Damned Berlin” and "Actuaris"; songs of Stappie’s former band Thorax; founded in the 80’s and instrumental songs. They’ve also got a great acoustic set.
We decided to change our name in Axthor because we play many songs of Thorax and we have a new member Wics on bass guitar. He is also an ex-member of Thorax.
