CC Coletti was born in Morristown, NJ., the youngest child in the musical Coletti Family of Five. She grew up on a road called Woodstock Lane, in Branchburg, NJ. Naturally, in a family full of musicians, she was bound to gravitate toward the Music World. She started an acoustic duo with her brother at the age of 18 and after years of playing the local NJ Club Scene, she met her future husband, TJ Jablonksi, a bass player, and they went on to form a cover band “CC & Crew”. Through the 10 years of playing covers with CC & Crew, she toyed with the idea of writing originals and recording, but the band and a full time day job took up most of her time.
In 2003, CC got a phone call from friend, co-writer, and guitarist, Paul Crook, who had recently began playing guitar for MeatLoaf. Paul told her MeatLoaf was looking to hire a new vocalist and auditions were being held. This was her chance to do what she always dreamed of, SING!! In May of that year, she auditioned. She got the dreaded call that they went with someone else, someone who could play guitar, keyboards, as well as sing, and that she was too much of a lead singer. As crushed as she was, she moved on. A few months later, another call from Paul told her that it wasn’t working out with the other vocalist, and she needed to come meet MeatLoaf. Well, she did, and in July of 2003 at Jones Beach Amphitheater, CC Coletti became the new vocalist for MeatLoaf’s Neverland Express Band.
CC has been featured on 3 of MeatLoaf’s DVDs, Bat out of Hell: Live with The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Three Bats Live, and a Documentary, In Search of Paradise. CC can also be heard on the Bat out of Hell 3 album. CC also was featured as the opening act for MeatLoaf’s European Tour in 2007.
While currently off tour, CC spends most of her time at Anthony Krizan’s Sonic Boom Studio, in Raritan, NJ creating her own new music. The musically genius pairing of CC Coletti and Anthony Krizan began in 2004 shortly after CC returned home from her first tour with MeatLoaf. She got yet another call, this time from Tom Marshall, lyricist for the iconic jam band Phish, asking her to join his new project, Amfibian, where Anthony Krizan was lead guitarist. After years of playing with Amfibian, CC and Anthony forged an unbreakable bond and began work on their own CD, which would soon be known as Woodstock Lane.
Anthony Krizan, CC’s well respected guitarist/producer and right hand man, first gained notoriety in the 90's as a member of the Spin Doctors. Anthony’s love for music began at 8 years old, playing drums. By the time he reached 11, he was booking gigs and playing shows. When in 1994, he was approached to audition for the Spin Doctors, he was already a local celebrity and an accomplished producer in his own right. Joining the Spin Doctors, he toured with the iconic Rolling Stones. You can hear him on You Gotta Believe in Something (featuring songs he co-wrote) and Spin Doctors: Just Go Ahead Now: A Retrospective. They also recorded a track for the 90’s Blockbuster film, “Space Jam”. He and Chris Barron also wrote Miss America for Howard Stern.
Anthony’s collaborations didn’t end with the Spin Doctors. He’s written for Lenny Kravitz (Stand By My Woman , John Waite (When You Were Mine, Temple Bar, Hard Way, Downtown: Journey of A Heart) and Amfibian (Skip The Goodbyes), to name a few. He’s toured and performed with Noel Redding (of the Jimi Hendrix Experience) until his death in 2003. His Sonic Boom Studio in Raritan, NJ is always abuzz with the newest up and coming musicians, and under his production, soon to be musical powerhouses.
It was in that studio, that CC Coletti’s Woodstock Lane was born. Anthony’s vision allowed CC to do what she does best, keep listeners on the edge of their seats with soulful, powerful vocals. A reviewer was quoted saying “Anthony Krizan is the Jimmy Page to CC Coletti’s Robert Plant”. Seeing the collaboration that bore Woodstock Lane, that’s a hard statement to refute.
Woodstock Lane
A true labor of love for both CC and Anthony, the at times Rock and Roll, at times soulful and heart tugging, Woodstock Lane showcases the powerhouse vocals of CC and the guitar Godliness of Anthony, and takes the listener on a Rockin’ Rollercoaster Ride from the first track to the last.
Each song tells a story, creating a classic sound that flows from personal experiences both good and bad, that proves that rock music doesn’t have to be old to be classic. From the heart tugging autobiographical Woodstock Lane , to the fictional, fun drinkin’ and dancin’ song Trouble With Me, you get a glimpse into the life of CC Coletti, in a way only she can show you.
On the hip remake of Mercedes Benz, CC channels her inner Janis Joplin to infuse an amazing new sound into an old classic. On the “Zeppelin-esque” Quit You, you hear the oft-told story of love that’s addictive, and Fast Lane Addiction brings you to the very edge with its rocking guitar and lyrics, and reached 8 on the Billboard Blues Chart. The rest of the songs take you down a well worn path straight to CC’s soul.
With videos for both Trouble With Me and Mercedes Benz hitting the internet, and recording thousands of hits in a month’s time, Woodstock Lane is on its way to becoming a blockbuster

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be.
That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down.
But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.
constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are.
So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be.
Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
My Dear CC Coletti, I want you to know that your music and your songs are my passion. I am addicted to CC Coletti. There is something that pulls me towards them. Keep it up CC Coletti. Di PS:Follow Me Twitter at http://twitter.com/iaent
