We are three hard-working, creative females (and friends!) who are passionate about music, and have three diverse strengths that compliment one another as a whole. With a strong partnership and a down-home approach to the industry, we are highly recognized in the Orlando music community as a passionate group of professionals working to make things happen for local artists and musicians.

CC Management & Development (CCMaD) is a management and promotions company, started about two years ago, that supports local musicians and artists. The purpose of what we do is to promote community & networking between the artists and bands that we support. We book CCMaD events rather than act as booking agents for venues. We book these events primarily to promote our idea of community and for the bands to network with each other and the venue. The focus of our events are tied with networking, venue contacts, band contacts & gig experience.
