I have mixed feeling on releasing Foote. In my mind, you don't release a veteran who's been loyal and is still productive. However they're so deep at linebacker, they can't give ALL of them enough playing time. And that's what it's coming down to, playing time. Timmons and Woodley should wreak havoc this season, and of course we still have Farrior and Harrison. Tough call... Wish they could keep him, but he may enjoy more playing time elsewhere. Definitely more money too.
Yesssss, Harrison will remain a Steeler for a few more years! Too bad we lost Leftwich though, he's way better than Batch. He is starter material though, so I can understand the trade.
