About me:

I've sung all my life & played guitar since I was 9. I run 2 websites: one about myself, the other about Tammi Terrell. While most of my peers were raised on Madonna, the Bangles & their ilk, I grew up hearing on the radio such 70s/80s country artists as John Conlee, Earl Thomas Conley, the Forester Sisters, Vern Gosdin, Charly McClain, Mel McDaniel & Tanya Tucker. As I approached my teens I began to idolize the Beatles; from there I embraced 50s/60s/70s rock/soul in general, ranging from the famous (Elvis, Buddy Holly, the Supremes, Smokey Robinson) to the obscure (Brenda Holloway, Kim Weston, & of course Tammi). As far as dating, r'ships, marriage & sex go, the school of hard knocks has taught me that attraction, more often than not, is one-sided, & the side, more often than not, is the guy's. Also, from my teen years on, I've been surrounded by divorce--my parents, other relatives, & former high-school classmates; hence I believe now that men & women should just live apart since that's what they end up doing anyway. I discuss such topics in further detail on some of my blogs.
