UPDATES: Hello everyone , sorry it has been so long since I posted anything or updated here on myspace. I am on Facebook most of the time now, Just to bring you up to date I am presently working on a Charity Graphic Novel called "Untold Stories from Iraq & Afghanistan" I have pulled together a lot of talent in the comic industry both Pro and Indy to help create this Graphic Novel using real stories from our men and women who have and are presently serving in the wars. These stories will be illustrated. All the proceeds from the sale of the GN will go to four designate charities. The GN will be released in 2010. Also I will have a paying gig coming up in 2010 to turn a novel called Heavens Gate by author Josh Brown into a Graphic Novel. That will debut late 2010 or 2011. I am also having a contest on Facebook till the End of December in my group Untold Stories from Iraq & Afghanistan. Please check it out and join! Well thats about it guys! Merry Christmas to all Hi my name is Clayton D. Murwin I am a 45 year old Graphic/artist and Freelance Comic book artist. I was born In Norfolk VA. & grew up in Jacksonville Florida and N.C. I have been a artist all of my life and enjoy painting, drawing, etc.. Comics,art,graphic novels. I live in Broadway VA.I have a Degree in Computer Graphics & Design and Freelance as one. Occupation: My full time job is with the Housing Authority as a Maintenance Tech. I am married to a wonderful British woman named Collette who is from Staffordshire England . We were married in Liverpool England as I lived there for 3 years.I had a gig to do a comic for an Indie self publisher Emilio Diaz / F.V. comics owner and creator of Mantaman. I penciled,inked, & lettered the book and did all the character designs. We got alot of intrest in the book at the Orlando Fla. Comic-Con.In fact the rough sketch that Emillio gave me to generate the main character from Had already been done by an English artist in the U.K. even the name Mantaman was copy written.So he & I got screwed, Needless to say I was a little upset. And I never was paid for my work. Due to the legal ramifications that Emilio had to deal with for copy write infringement. But that was then and this is now and we remain friends,I have just had my artwork published for the first time. working with Red Zone comics For a book called "Mind Hunter Omega Or M.H.O.
