About me:
I am an Artist- A SURREALIST and a lover of life. I feel alone most of the time in this world even though I have the best friends anyone could ask for. I have a caring family and my partner/lover/friend is more than I could have ever hoped for. However; I am relatively high maintenance and not usually satisfied with things -especially when it comes to my own artwork. I joined my space for feedback, to add friends, to network and exchange ideas. Perhaps in some way I can come to some resolve about the world around me, or at least the world I think I see. I have many questions and many answers,--the problem is they don't always work well together. I suppose that in some way I am on a quest-like many others are, and the only outward visible sign of this is seen in my paintings and drawings. I hide away in my studio lost in my work for hours on end in the hope that somehow I will come a bit closer to some sort of truth that I can call my own. I just relocated my art studio to Old Town/China Town in Portland, Oregon. If I am not in my studio then I am at Wired on Burnside drinking coffee and talking with friends ( I also have a studio/work area behind wired ). Come by and visit, perhaps we can figure this whole thing out, with no one being the wiser.
