Their interests are many. She has a strong passion for spoken word poetry. He's a sports fanatic. They both have a deep love of hip-hop. On the sports tip, he's a Bulls fan, she's a Laker girl. He's a Philly Eagles fan, she's a... oops! LA has no NFL team! HA!! She likes the Falcons too though. He's always interested in new technologies and advancements.
Music
Their number one music genre is no doubt hip-hop!! They are some heads for real! Their favorite artists are....really it's just too many to name! But they have to give a shot out to Ole E aka J-rocks outta Louisville. Look for this kid he's hot! Ced is a beat connoisseur, while Fay (the poet) is all about the lyrics.
Other than hip-hop they listen to R&B (Ced loves Mary J), they love the oldies, jazz and gospel. They also enjoy (especially Ced)a good live band.
Movies
Ced is a real movie buff. He loves nothing more than watching a good action flick in the theater. CedandFay enjoy their blockbuster nights, which usually consist of one scary or gory type of movie-(Saw is the best ever!), one action (for Ced), a chick flick (for Fay) and a corny white movie (think Clerks - they love Jay and Silent Bob).
Television
They love The Wire and Nip/Tuck! They also crack up off of Family Guy and American Dad. Fay used to love Girlfriends til Toni left. The couple also likes Everybody Loves Raymond (Fay got Ced into that). Fay watches Wil and Grace and so would Ced until he saw two of the guys kiss on the lips. LOL! Ced is also a National Geographic and History Channel buff. Oh but don't get it twisted Ced's all time favorite TV shows are SportCenter (which he will literally watch the same highlights over and over again, must be a man-law or something :)), PTI, and the Last word. He is a real man's man.

Books
Fay is an avid reader. She loves a well written dramatic fiction but secretly loves what she calls "black smut" The last book she read was The Devil Wears Prada. Her favorite book is actually a collection of poems by Langston Hughes entitled "Selected Poems by Langston Hughes". Ced is more of a current news reader. He enjoys magazines relating to current events, music, sports and video games. Like we said he's a man's man, what can we say?! :)
Heroes
Fay's heroin is her mother. Without her example of what a strong intelligent woman looks and acts like Fay would not be the woman that she is today.
Ced's hero is his father. To Ced, his dad is the epitome of what a man should be, a provider for his family, a spiritual leader and a all around good person.
About me:
CedandFay are both 30 years old. Ced grew up in in Louisville, KY while Fay hails from Inglewood (always up to no good!)CA. Ced and Fay met in Louisville where Fay's family moved to in the early 90's. Ced and Fay met in the 9th grade, in health class. Fay fell in love in the 10th grade when she saw Ced,afer geometry class, beat up a boy for being a smart ass! (so turned on that she had to shower twice! Word to Jigga!)Ced fell in love when Fay started riding the same school bus and she took his seat in the back! (She's Bossy!) Ced and Fay continued to be the best of friends throughout their high school years and college. Although they loved each other very much, they allowed each other to find their own way in love and life. "Their time together was their time together and their time apart was their time apart." Ced moved from Minnesota where he attended college, to the ATL. After graduating from EKU, Fay made her way to the ATL. As is the case with real love, they found their way back to each other. Realizing that there is no one else out there more perfect for him than her and she realizing the same, the two are making it official this year. April 14th 2007 its going down!!
Who I'd like to meet: Fay would like to meet Jesus, of course, no explanation needed, Patti Labelle, because she seems so down to earth, Bill Clinton because he is the first president she voted for and actually got her interested in politics and how it affected our community, and Magic Johnson because she is a die hard Laker fan, he is an inspiration to her and she applauds all that he is doing for the black community.
Ced would like to meet Michael Jordan, that goes without saying for a die hard Bulls fan. Nelson Mandela is an inspiring man that Ced would love to speak with and possibly get a piece of wisdom from. He would also like to have a sit down with Tony Dungy. Aaron McGruder seems to be an interesting cat that Ced would like to politic with. DJ Premier is one of Ced's favorite producers, if he could he would love to sit in the studio and just watch that dude do what he do!
