an incomplete outline:

In 1969 Michael and Terry bought a Roberts Reel to Reel with sound on sound. As HMFC, they proceeded to record many experiments. Shaun, Christopher and Adam participated in some of these.

Michael and Terry also composed "songs".

In the summer of '75, Michael and progeny played folk music, including Shaun's first songs.

Later, Michael and Adam played with many different people, recorded everything to cassette, then compiled to reel to reel. There were weekly Sunday Jams (open to all), TCB, The Ancient Ones, The Knew, Ear To The Ground...

In 2006, Adam started to transfer the old reel tapes into the digital realm. We will now share some highlights as the work progresses...

All are welcome to listen in, but this is basically a family album, not a presentation intended to entertain the general public with any consistency of form or quality.

Awesome you got this stuff up here, sounds great. Is that Enid or Terry singing on 'Bold Fenian Man' cos I know that's not Aral? Love the contrast of HMFC to the more traditional Folk ballads. Cool. Oh, and greetings from the planet YOG!!!
