This is CEEJAY "The Artist" (yes; forreal its me) and I wanted to let everyone that has stopped by my page know how appreciative i am for your support. I'm on here ALMOST everyday checking messages, reading comments, and replying back to everything you all say or ask. I apologize if it takes a while for a reply (i try to reply quickly, but things get busy sometimes haha). Don't hesitate to leave me a message or a comment, thats why i get on here. Otherwise, i would be BORED on here.... The only thing i ask is....if your gonna send me a message please be respectful, im here honestly to answer questions and talk to people that enjoy my music. Im not going to respond to things that shouldn't have been sent to me in the first place (the people who do it; know what im talking about). Another thing, sometimes i have people checking my account (to add people that have sent request, to post bulletins, ect...) but they DO NOT check my message or comments, so dont worry. If it says im online it DOESNT always mean its me lol. Below are some Questions that some of you have had for me and sent me in messages or comments....soo now im gonna answer them (some of them; not all of them) Haha.
Are you working on a CD? If so, When is it coming out?
- Yes; I'm working on a CD. A mixtape actually. Hopefully it will be out 4th quater of this year...aiming for a Holiday release. The mixtape is going to include many different sounds, and will be availible for everyone to download online; FREE!! There will also be a version that can be bought with extra songs on it. So I'm excited about it, and I'm working hard on it so that it reflects that efforts of everyone working on my team (production, and promotion).
Are you going on tour?
- I have then intentions of joining a large tour Summer of 2009, which as of now is set to be a 12 city + tour. Nothing is final with that, its still in the process of being negotiated. Until then, i plan on going on a promotional tour which will be focused around the cities that request me most to come...soo PLEASE DEMAND me in YOUR CITY..below on my page.
Do you do collaborations?
- Of course; when i say collaboration that includes other artist, producers, writers, rappers, or engineers. Everything i do is a collaboration with someone. I don't record music alone...i have my team...that is the creativity behind my thoughts. If anyone has any ideas that they think will help me out in any way...shoot me a message, whatever your talent (art, writing, singing, freestyling, making beats, vocal arranging ect...)!
Are you signed?
- TBA. They're many different offers that have been brought to MY attention, but are still situations being discussed. So we'll see what happens.
Are you looking for anyone to fill any postions in our team (managers, promoters, stylist, ect...)?
- Yes; I always leave the door open for anyone with talent, that help me talents. If you feel you can bring something positive to the movement I'm on feel free to message me. I'm looking to reinforce my management team...meaning getting more people involved.
Where can I download your music?
- Right here; myspace.com/ceejaytheartist. I release songs for download at certain times. They usually are downloadable for a couple of nights. So make sure you stay tuned for that. I trust me, ill let you know WAY in advance...lol.
