About me:

...A bit of Ireland, right here in Salem, Oregon. The Céilí of the Valley Society celebrates all things Irish. What better way to learn more about Irish heritage and culture than through traditional Irish music and dance?

The Céilí of the Valley Society is proud to present the Second Friday Céilí! Céilí is the Irish word to describe an evening of traditional Irish music and dance. Live traditional Irish music and dance the first Friday of the month!

The dance lesson starts at 7:00 pm

No experience is necessary. Learn the basic steps of Irish dancing and the traditional Irish Reels, Jigs, and Waltzs. Fun for all experience levels, even those with no dance experience at all. Wear comfortable clothing and flexible shoes. Some wear sneakers, others wear dance shoes; either works. Don't forget your water bottle! Taught by Maldon Meehan.

Admission cost:
Céilí of the Valley Society Members: $7/class or both classes for $10
Non-members: $8/class or both classes for $12

Visit our website at www.ceiliofthevalley.org for online registration or printable registration that you can bring with you to our first class on September 16th!
