While looking for a new home for Sol Vibes we are proud to bring you SOL VIBES: ON THE BEACH and SOL VIBES: ACTIVE.
Let's SPRING into action. Clean out your mental and spiritual closet for a fresh start to each month:
Sunrise Meditation and Sunset Bike rides start in April.
SOL VIBES ON THE BEACH:
Start your month off right! Come join us for affirmations, prayer, drum circle and meditation on the beach the first Sunday of every month (starting April 2009). We will meet at the Marina Del Rey/Venice Pier at the end of Washington at 6:30 am. Dress in comfortable layered clothing. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, beach towel, and/or blanket to sit on.
And if you have a drum, harmonica, or even a tambourine bring that as well!

SOL VIBES Active:
Bike Ride. Let go and let's ride! Bike ride on the beach during sunset the last Sunday of every month ( Starting April, 2009)! This is a great way to keep active, meet activity buddies, and let go of the month's stresses! The bike ride will start at 6:00 pm at the Marina Del Rey/Venice Pier at the end of Washington.

or we think to ourselves that its just something that is virtually impossible to reach...
this is an illusion we tend to create in our minds and also the illusion we tend to believe...
so often we feel down...Hopeless
so i say this...
instead of sitting there in doubt...confused
drowning in a pool of negative thoughts...
i feel we need to go out there do some research and dig for the truth...
find out for ourselves if what we dream of or desire in life is really impossible or not...
cause i tell u that by the time we figure out that what we want isn't impossible and at arms reach...
most likely we'll be living in that dream we once believed could never be reality...

Between Beautiful People
Pleasant kisses
between spoongie lips
and little meaty lips
begin the giggly moans that escape her lips,
as eye-explorations come from his chocolate-rich eyes
and hand-excavations begin by his rice candy hands
until they are both in rice candy nudity.
High and low tides of passionate pleasure
from infrequent and different positions
pass out of one and into the other and back again.
There is a meshing of bodies
until each one feels somehow
that the other's body is his,
is hers.
His round globes with each a red lighthouse,
Her Titanic,
thought to be invincible, unsinkable
when looking for the iceberg
that tames the Titanic
to sink it into unfound depths.
There is quiet fondling,
soft cuppings,
languid stretches,
and tingly prickly needles
everywhere between the two,
then one intermingling passion between a pair,
like slow rhyme of two words in rapid poetry of one poem,
an orchestra of pigeons
flapping their wings in a single chorus,
and a photograph of two atoms crashing in the dark.
All surroundings cease to exist
except for that one orgasmic chaos within
that continues wildly until it is TOO LATE TO STOP
the beautiful destruction between the two organs at war.
