well, first i was quite disappointed about the new songs - when i only knew battle for the sun and the for what it's worth video. nevertheless i had to get the album on the day it came out and i loved it! i could still listen to the songs nonstop. you're right, it is very different but still very placebo like. also, i didnt like the new drummer but now i think it's good he joined the band and he seems to be fun XD
i guess a placebo concert in france, especially in paris would be amazing but that is so far away. i'll just be at the show in vienna - 1 week after my b-day XD (and 1 week before the depeche mode concert).
I'm still a placebo addict but not as much as i used to be 2 years ago :-( placebo are my second favorite band, i'd say. my very fav. band is iamx :-) my other top fav bands are: the kills (they had a concert in vienna yesterday and i wasnt there :-((((), depeche mode, ladytron, patrick wolf and client :-). yeah, i remember you told me about puss in boots - i should take a look at their myspace again to be a bit more up to date again XD
