cell:burn was originally conceived in the mid-1980's. The original band name was cybertek (circa 1984) until a few years later a certain other known band started using the name as a side project (though they later changed it to c-tec.) By the early 1990's the use of the word "cyber" was so wide spread and commercialized that cybertek changed its name to cell:burn.
One of the original cyberpunk-industrial bands, cell:burn has been re-coded and reprogrammed and are about to propagate into the neural pathways of the world once again...
