My passion is for writing, I like to convey impressions in my mind as vividly as I see them myself. I live, sleep and breathe writing. It is my life, my hopes, my dreams. It is the contents of my mind waiting to be cast onto paper, conveying all that is in me, my essence, my spirit, my life. It is all that has been and all that is before me. I paint pictures with words. The keyboard is my pallete, a blank screen my canvas upon which I draft my written images. In immersing the reader in these texts, brought forth from deep within me, I hope to move the reader and have a positive impact on their lives.
As a long term sufferer of depression, writing became an outlet for the pressures on my mind. Part of this writing took me on a journey into ancient Briton and the Celtic people. From here I stumbled backwards on to the legend of the Holy Grail, a Medieval Tale that had its origins in Celtic roots.
This was the start of my book "The Celtic Holy Grail Quest", more than just a Grail Quest, a journey to heal my mind. The book provides many insights into mental health problems and has numerous healing and coping strategies within its text. My aim in writing this book is to remove the stigma associated with so-called 'Mental Disorders'. These are not always illnesses, but can be ways for the mind to adapt to new or trying situations.
I set out as an accidental Grail knight, seeking I'm not sure what? Through the dark passageways of my mind and battling hidden demons along the way, I finally reached my goal and attained what I was seeking.
I hope people will find what they are looking for in my book and I can bring light, back into fellow sufferers. Although the book unveils the dark desperation that manifests itself in mental illness, I also recount many amusing tales, for where there is darkness there is also light. One thing I always preach is “laughter is good for the soul.”
I want to put a smile on people's faces and bring light back into people's lives; acting as a guide from the dark clutches of despair and making people realise how special they are. People with mental health problems are often misunderstood - I have found in fellow sufferers some of the most precious people on this planet.
The Celtic Holy Grail Quest, Out now!

Supporters of mental health and spiritual issues. Those looking for deeper beauty hidden within and those who wish to regain the lost wisdom of the ancients. People who are prepared to think outside the box.
Having finished my book, I culminated my Holy Grail quest with a visit to Rosslyn Chapel for a recital of the Frozen Music, decoded from detailed carvings within Rosslyn Chapel, which were mentioned in the Major international bestselling book The Da Vinci Code. It was the culmination of 20 years of research by Thomas J. Mitchell and has been brought back to life with the help of his son Stuart Mitchell.
This work has been broadcast on major international TV and radio stations and has been high in the UTube download charts.
The Music was performed by the Rosslyn Motet, who regenerated its beautiful and haunting melodies, after 500 years of being cast in stone.
It was an event I will treasure for the rest of my life.

WOW!! It's so great you were on T.V. talking about mental illness, wow I mean wow!
I'm so happy your doing so well. I wish you could talk on some American T.V. stations.
That would be great! I wish I could have seen it, we used to get B.B.C in Colo. but don't
here.
I'm going to get a picture of Les walking the cat and put it on my Myspace. I think you'll
like to see that. I need your address soon asap. to send you a card, I can't find it. After
the move I can't find a bunch of stuff. I had your address in a safe place too. I'll give
you mine for in the future.
We've mostly been pouring money into our daughters car and helping her get on her
feet,she stayed back in Colo. She has a seasonal job and needs a full time permanent
one. She misses us so bad and want to get a job and an apt. too. Hopefully she'll get
a full time job either way. Get pretty concerned about her. She's living with her boyfriend
at his parents house until they get on their feet. I pray that happens soon.
We've just been living the quiet country life not much going on. I really need to get my
butt to church but haven't been doing it. We stay up late and sleep in or I stay up late
and get up early, I just need to go ahead and do it and get involved.

I hope things are still going well with you. Loved the pics of your dog Trinity.
We had a great Holiday, it was Thanksgiving. We missed having our little one
with us. Everything has been going really well for us. We need to find a church still.
I hope you don't mind me sending you scripture, it's all positive and uplifting like it's
supposed to be, not condemning, as it's taught wrong in many Catholic and used to
be in other denominations. The Catholic church is getting better though.
Did I tell you how Les walks our cat on a leash? It's funny for our neighbors to see
this biker walking a cat lol. We just don't was to lose him like we lost snickers.
Write to me as soon as you have time to let me know how you are. Les says howdy,
He says that's how we say hi out west lol. Trying to get a hold of Les' Dad to see how he's
loving your book. Which I know he is. Even though he know what the book means to me
he said it's very interesting and he would really like to borrow it, so I reluctently said yes.

My Father and Mother in law came to visit us from Colo.
My Father in law didn't bring anything to read I relutently
Let him borrow it for the night. He got to the second chapter
and was really enjoying it. The next morning He liked it so
much he wanted to buy it, I told him it's quite expensive to get
it here and let Him barrow it and take it home. How could I
say no. He's such a kind man and so wanted to read the book.
I'm hoping it will become more available here. I will be making
a trip to Colo. to get my book back it means a lot to me. Are you
going to make a sequel to The Celtic Holy Grail Quest? I hope so.
I would love to have that one too. I would have no problem in buying it.
I'm so so glad you and Jules are still doing well, it makes my heart sore.
I hope to see you both married soon. That would be beautiful. She in
the dress we talked about. would be beautiful. I'm sending a picture of it now.

It's so good to hear from you. Sorry it's taken
so long to write back. We just got new gutters
on the house, it's never had them before and
it's 94 yrs. old. We're going to side it this spring.
It's going to be stained wood color and look like
a log cabin. I'll put pick up of it when we're done.
Going to plant a LOT of roses too. We think of
you often and are blessed knowing your doing
well. Take care and talk to you when you can.

I am so glad to hear from you as always. I am about to venture out and share the love
of God with others that don't know Him yet. Pray that God will use me and that I will be successful!
I so want to share the LOVE of God and not the condemnation many have had to endure through
legalism. There is such a difference. Many have been wounded in soul and spirit through condemnation.
I want to spread love not fear!
I'm am still so blessed in my heart that you are doing well and have peace and purpose in your
life. It really does my soul good.
I'm not insured and with the prexsisting condition I have with mental illness there is question
to whether I will be insured. I would ask that you pray about this to my friend. I am confident that
God will come to my aide.
