Chizmar's fiction has appeared in dozens of publications, including Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine and The Year's 25 Finest Crime and Mystery Stories. He has won two World Fantasy Awards, four International Horror Guild Awards, and the HWA's Board of Trustees Award.

One of the longest running magazines in the genre, Cemetery Dance has published dozens of the bestselling authors in the horror business over the last 20 years. The company has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, Variety, Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, Locus, and many other publications.

I just met Simon Clark, and guess what? He really IS a vampire. All I'm saying is, those long sharpened canines of his were REAL.
