Join the first all-female flat-track roller derby team for Antioch & the surrounding area’s.

Roller derby is an intense, fast-paced full contact sport that is not for the faint of heart but is dedicated to the empowerment of women.
You think you have what it takes? We are looking for skaters and coaches; must be female and 21 or older. All skating abilities welcome. Willing to teach you to skate if you are willing to work your ass off! Check out our website for more info: www.brawlinbettys.com
Get in on the ground level. Team is now under development and will need lots of passion, blood, and sweat to get it up and running. The team will be by the skaters for the skaters.
Size doesn’t matter. A voluptuous build is harder to push around making for a great blocker. A more slender build is faster making for a great jammer. Any body build can play any position; it all depends on how bad you want it and how hard your willing to work to get it!
Practices are Monday & Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm. Saturdays 4 - 6pm. Must attend at least 50% of practices in a month. The more practices you attended the faster you and the team will be bout ready. Contact Cemetery for location.
This is a full contact sport so…. its not if I get hurt its when I get hurt and how badly.

Gear needed to begin skating:
Quad roller skates (No fruit boots, i.e. roller blades)
Helmet
Knee and elbow pads
Wrist guards
Mouth guard
