The mission of the CCGSA is to promote awareness of GLBT and Questioning issues in our local society; to encourage acceptance of, and understand for, GLBTQ community members, students, staff, faculty and administrators at Centralia College.
The CCGSA aspires in creating and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for all people to interact - regardless of identity, gender or belief.
The CCGSA will provide educational programs to encourage the campus, the community and the individual to respect and accept GLBTQ people.
Who I'd like to meet:
The members of the Centralia College Gay Straight Alliance want to meet you, the person.
We want to know all peoples and organizations who are supportive of us as individuals and as a group, whether you are Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Trans, Straight, Questioning, a lover, a partner, a friend, a family member.

Hello everyone, This is Shawn's cousin Susie. Sadly, he asked me to communicate to his top 40 friends on his and Chris' page that Chris passed away 2 weeks ago today at the age of 34. As all of you know from their story which aired on Intervention on A&E, Chris fought against his addiction to alcohol for many years, but in the end, he decided to end his life and lifelong struggle. Shawn, along with both sides of families and friends are devastated, but most of all, Shawn is because he found him. Please pray for him, he is taking it very hard. He also asked me to convey that you honor Chris and his life by TELLING his story. Tell everyone you know to view their page so that they can see what an amazing couple they were and so that this doesnt have to happen to anyone else...ADDICTION DOES KILL! Honor Chris by saying something on your page or theirs. Since the services, we have received thousands of messages from people all over the world that shared different ways that thier story on Intervention on A&E touched or changed their lives.
