The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes is a summer week of living, learning, and jamming with masters of North American fiddling traditions, led by Artistic Director Dirk Powell.
The gathering is total-immersion workshop presenting many regional styles of fiddle music. Workshops, classes, band labs, tutorials, dances, concerts, open jams, parties, spontaneous gatherings--we do it all--and have a great time doing it.
Surrounding the week are smaller, weekend events in the spring and fall, which provide more intimate opportunities to gather and jam.
