Not since Brian Jones has Cheltenham produced an act with such belief, ambition and promise.
Century Man come into the scene with a forward thinking attitude. Its four members bring with them a unique ability and mind set fused together to create an energetic, insistent sound, molded carefully around a classic structure of bass, drums, guitar, and vocal. The band bring an intelligent brand of 90's influenced indie twinned with new ideas that have gained recognition nationwide.
The bands latest 'Marauder EP' has been produced by respected producer MATT TERRY (The Enemy / Exit Calm) and is gaining respected regional and national press.
Having shared the stage with such acts as WHITE LIES/ ATHLETE / FLASHGUNS / SIX NATION STATE / AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT / THE BISHOPS and also been invited to play 4 shows at GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL 2009 , the band are on the edge of touring 'The Marauder EP' with the dates planned above along with much more to come in the coming months.
Quite simply we write tunes about HOPE, LOVE and FEAR.
Hey Guys, Hope the gig went well in Cov last week. Apologies for my absence, it was my 10 year wedding anniversary. Anyways, keep in touch and hope to see you in Cov again real soon, i hope to try and hit the road to see you perhaps next year. Off to see The Enemy again in a couple of weeks in Brum. Craig i am up for checking out a Kasabian gig next year if they are doing any locally.............will you be up for it??
