Below are some ways that you can help even if Hailey is not playing any shows in your area. We here at Certain Scientists have a feeling this internet thing is really going to catch on, so there is plenty for us to do online to help promote Hailey's music too...
Online / ETC. Promotion...
1) Firstly, you can add Hailey's NEW video "Dinosaur Bone" as well as her banner (SEE LEFT) to your myspace!
2) ORIGAMI your town!!! The latest craze in promoting Hailey's new music video "Dinosaur Bone" is to place origami dinosaurs (handmade by H.W. herself) all over town. The bright green dinos have all the info for people to check out Hailey's video and music, and isn't that just way better than a boring old flyer??! If you would like to be an ORIGAMI MAMI, please CLICK the image BELOW TO EMAIL US YOUR CONTACT INFO, to join Certain Scientists and we will lovingly ship you a package of baby dinos, lookin' for love in all the right places.
3) Post a bulletin or a blog about Hailey's music.
4) Call your local radio station and request they play songs from "Jealous Sees" (SEE THE RADIO LISTINGS BLOG for a list of all the radio stations currently playing her music.)
5) If you work at a cafe or somewhere where you can choose the overhead music, pop a Hailey CD in there.
6) Subscribe to the Hailey Wojcik YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/haileywojcik
Performance Promotion...
1) Have Hailey play at your High School or College! Talk to your Student Council, Theater or Music Departments, School Board, Activities Board or After-School Clubs about organizing a show at your school. If you have an idea for an event, contact streetteam@haileywojcik.com and let's get the ball a-rollin'!
2) Host a house concert! House concerts are a super awesome way to have an intimate unplugged show, and enjoy music by indie artists. All you need is a living room (or backyard, whatever) and 20-40 people who are willing to pay a cover of $8+ to attend. It's a great way to introduce people to new music in an environment where everyone is gathered to focus on the music. Contact streetteam@haileywojcik.com to get started planning a house concert!
3) Distribute posters and handbills to advertise upcoming Hailey Wojcik performances and releases. Join Certain Scientists and get flyers and handbills emailed or sent to your door!
4) Keep your eyes peeled and let us know of any venues in your town that you think would be great for Hailey's music. The same goes for other acts in your town that you think would be a good match for setting up a show with Hailey.
