Introduced to underground dance music
1975- 1980:
Instructed in jazz music of all types. Learned how to play various percussion instruments
1980:
Experienced my first underground dance party on the south side of Chicago
1980- 1984:
Became very knowledgeable in underground dance music especially italo disco, cosmic disco, space synth, rare groove, r&b, soul, funk,
high energy, techno-pop and synth pop.
1984- 1989:
Became a professional dancer in the underground dance scene in Chicago. Experienced the real house music explosion which
included seventies underground disco mixed with real Chicago beat tracks. Started a record collection of original italo, disco, & tracks.
1989- 1995:
Became a key figure in the underground rave scene contributing to its conception in Chicago. Planned and organized
underground warehouse raves in Chicago and Mexico City. Booked Chicago and Detroit dj's. Helped promote and sell
Relief Records out of Chicago. Started beat mixing and making tracks.
1995- 2000:
Traveled to Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, Latin America, and all over America going to many clubs and underground dance parties.
2000- present:
Became a connoisseur of contemporary art. Organized various art shows/ dance parties that included
light and audio installations. Created and developed the new ultra hi-nrg cosmic disco sound. Founded Magnifique
Unlimited a contemporary art, music, fashion, & dance company. Produced over 100 re-edits/ remixes from original underground disco tracks. Recorded over
100 different mix tapes for demo and promotional purposes. Produced countless dance tracks for private collectors.
