Being from Superior Wisconsin causes me to name Dick Bong for that honor. In 1942 in San Francisco he looped the loop around the center spend of the Golden Gate Bridge and waved to people in the lower floors of office buildings while he was out flying a P38 fighter one day.

About me: I was born in Superior WI on June 5, 1957 and lived there until I went to Marquette University in 1976, and got a diploma in December of 1981. For my first three years at college I would return home in the summers. After that I lived full time in Milwaukee for the next three years.
In 1982 I moved back to Superior staying until 1984 when I moved to Minneapolis MN.
