Featuring ex-members of 9-volt, Chain Street are a progressive metal quartet from the South. The first tracks were written at the start of 2007 by Chris Hoad as a side project, and Chain Street & 4th is the result of 12 months ideas, sessions, recording and playing. Chain street stopped being a side project at the end of 2007, when J Straker, Jack Greenwood and Miles Kite had all become firm members.
Chain Street put out the album "Devices" on Unlabel (unlabel.net) in April 2008
