formed in the fall of 2003, chairs was begun as a means for me to explore the possibilities of computer based production. now focused on the reinterpretation of analog sound sources through digital processes, chairs continues as a constant work in progress as i refine my processes and style.

Hey Chairs, how are you? If you got a minute, we pulled over some new things fo you. We have this video up on our page that inspired the song we sing with it. The dance is pretty unreal, and worth seeing. Also, we now have an illustrated novella for sale. It comes with the album if you order it. It's a dark story, but there's some fire in it too. We think you'll like it.
Stop over if you get the chance, and if you like what we give for free, buy a copy of the album and novella. It would help us. Hope you're doing well out there.
hey Chairs, how are you? We put up new songs for your listening. Come on over when you got some spare minutes. If you feel like supporting this pre-post-apocalyptic music we make, please buy a copy of our album. We are small and poorly distributed, but we have a good album for you. Let these songs out of your computer. Hope you're doing well out there.
Yeah, the same things have seemed to happen to me. But definitely let me know more about the design group when you have time. I still need to get you those CDs in the mail as well, including my own.
i totaly dig what your doing. i run a small art comunity (with a little "record label in the middle of it) in and around wilmington. if youd ever like to 1)experiment with recording anolog 2) collaborate with someone who records anolog or 3) play shows with said person i'd love to have it as an option.
What? You live in Newark too? How have I not met you personally? At least, we must have passed each other walking on the street or something. Lets get together for a jam session. It shall be great fun.
hey, ryan gave me a copy of your mix of lines with edges...it is amazingly good. i love the brilliant subtlety of it. i can't even imagine how long it must have taken you to compose. the trasposition of the original stream of sounds to a pulsation of tones worked very well. very impressive.
