Champions $oundz is made up of two DJs. You have got RichyStyles a.k.a Richard and Dutty Lee a.k.a Leron. On one end you have got RichyStyles, who was born and raised in St. Maarten and Dutty Lee, who was born in Aruba and raised in St. Maarten. Being around different kinds of beats and rhythms growing up is what makes their love for music come naturally. Starting out playing the keyboard and steel pan DJ Dutty Lee brings his creative music vibez to the sound, where as DJ RichyStyles who started out as a radio DJ on radio PJD 2/ PJD 3 one of St. Maarten’s oldest radio stations brings his originality. With the two different views of the same thing; a love for music; each brings their own creative vibez and as a sound are crazy hype.
But their aspirations grow higher then just DJs. They dabble in all aspects of music. They play anything from dancehall, rap, reggae, hip-hop, zouk, soca, salsa, bachata and even house. Now residing in Holland Champions $oundz has been expanding to more then just clubs. You can check them out on www.largeradio.com every Wednesday from 10pm-2am European time.
