Origins: Growing up in Megakat City, Chance was influenced at an early age by the comic books that he read, wanting to be one of the good guys in a world of crime. Chance eventually landed that dream in the Enforcers, becoming a pilot in the fighter squadron. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite like he'd expected it to be. Regulations, protocols, and a hierarchy had to be followed, which didn't quite suit the rebellious tastes of Furlong. It was in one such incident that he defied authority, which ended up in a destroyed Enforcer Headquarters and a bill that would essentially end his career.
Chance Furlong: Bigger and more "proactive" than Jake, Chance loves to act in a suave, almost roughhousing manner. Often thinking of himself as a ladies-man, Chance's level of confidence and even a minor bit of ego often give him that "big-brother" relationship with Jake.
As T-Bone he's quite the same, if not more extreme. Often considering himself the best pilot in Megakat City he's thus far had little reason to think otherwise. His flying skills in the Turbokat almost legendary, he manages to always win in a dogfight. When not flying T-Bone is an excellent fighter as well, preferring a more direct style rather than any complex martial arts moves.
Despite how rough around the edges he may seem at times, T-Bone is considerate of those around himself, especially Razor. Always keeping the protection of the innocent as one of his top priorities, T-Bone manages to do this, usually while having fun doing it.
