Television	Bands That Support; friends The thing about music; Every song out there can help tell a story, every song out there can help save a life. People often ask me how to stop hurting them selves. What other things are there that they can turn to. I can not say what it is exactly that you need to do, you have to find what holds you up. I will how ever recommend music. The feeling of hope. of love, of life. of awareness, and of clarity, that you get when those certain lyrics hit is a feeling unlike any other, don't ever turn down your music. It's one of the only things that is certain to be there, music is sometimes the only way humans know how to feel alive. Don't quit on music. It's quite the beautiful thing.

What is Open Your Eyes?;

Each and every day, millions of people wake up and consider. They consider suicide, if today's the day to die, if tomorrow will be like today, cutting, taking any object with a point and thinking about how much harm it will cause. Depression, how many rubber bands will be popped today, how many times will they get abused, how many hearts will be broken. Abusive home life, corruptive school. It's as if you're butter in a pan over a steaming hot stove. You melt a little more each and every second until finally you have vanished all together. Soon it seems you were never there. You wonder, "Why does it matter?","Who cares about me?" Then you answer those questions yourself, "It doesn't, nobody does. You're wrong, you DO matter, someone does care. Things may get so hard sometimes, the hole that you're in may seem so deep but I promise you that there is more than that hole you just have to find the light. It may take a while to climb out, to find the light and to smile again but when it happens it will be worth it. Your life is worth it, you matter. Don't wake up tomorrow and consider ending it all, wake up tomorrow and open the curtains. Clean the dust and welcome in the sun, it's okay. There's hope, you're not alone. I know for a fact that you are not alone, I've been there, I still go there sometimes. I've seen how it is to be beat down time and time again, I've felt it. I've felt the pain and the anger and the depression. I've taken the blade to my skin I have shoved my fingers so deep down my throat just because I thought it was the one thing I could control, because I didn't think I was beautiful. I know it feels to be low, to hit rock bottom. I also know that finding the light it possible, that rescue is possible, when you break out of it all when you finally breathe things will be beautiful. Take the time to realize that you are beautiful, you are loved and you are needed. Don't end it, give life a chance.

Your pain is not wasted: I'm listening, we're listening, they are listening. Your pain is not going unheard. Your screams are heard by so many and your pain is being felt by thousands. You are not alone. At times this journey can feel so damp and dark, no street lights can be seen, no green lights to let you know it's okay to go on. Only dead ends and ditches left silently awaiting you in the dark. It's okay to ask for directions. I promise you will find a candle to guide your way home. Green is everywhere. Green is infinite. Green means go. Don't let the burning red light take you over, don't take another glance into the rear view mirror. Look beyond and find the light. You'll find your way home.

Equality: Not one type of person or one person is more important than anyone else. It does not matter what religion, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, how much you weigh, or your eye color you are all important. You are all needed. You are all LOVED. Gay killings are highest since 1999 and why? Because of hate. Let's end this needless hate, let's love, let's fight with our love. You are not ill because you are different. We are all different, we are all beautiful. YOU are beautiful. Now, let's help change the statistics of hate crimes. Let's put an end to this <3

Why not help that elderly man or woman get to a place they belong. Why not take in those sleeping in the dirt, mud, and park benches, why shouldn't I treat them like I'd treat you?"-Cray
