Syd Lane is a musician and Jeremiah James is a poet. One day they met, and Syd liked Jers poems so much she decided to write songs to them. Syd had always played music for herself, but as soon as Jeremiah heard her sing he built Syd a studio where she could create the songs he knew she could. Syd now spends her days in music, writing and recording and believing in the eternal mystery of melody and love. Insular but never scared, the pair reside within a world of their own making each one believing that love never dies. In their world, music and emotional honesty are vital. Ego is not familiar in these parts.
Syd is happiest when her finger tips lightly tingle, a faint and loving reminder that they graced metal strings today. Jer is happiest when he sits at his writing desk and looks out his window at the dancing poplar trees.
