Hi! I'm Jade, and I'm nineteen. These things are so cliche, but I suppose I'll do one to appease the masses. I'm confused on love, but I'm working on it. I'm confused on what field I'd like to go into right now, but I'm considering either Literature, French, Drama, Business or a Biological field. I'm possibly going to Schoolcraft College to begin with, but eventually plan to transfer to another school. I also have a passion for writing and would love to publish a book someday, which would probably be heavy in romance because I do quite enjoy romance in just about anything. I'm fluent in French, I enjoy coffee, rain, anime, manga, and video games. My favorite television show is Lost, but I also enjoy many other Sci-Fi shows such as Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate SG-1, Charmed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Heroes. Some other random shows I enjoy include Witchblade, Dresden Files, Desperate Housewives, Prison Break, Flight of the Conchords, The Dead Zone, Get Smart, Family Guy, Jackass, Wildboyz, and Teen Titans. As far as movies go, I don't enjoy a particular genre, and like many ends of the spectrum. Some of my favorites are Lust, Caution, Pearl Harbor, Titanic, The Dark Knight Serenity, and Brokeback Mountain. I also enjoy Memoirs of a Geisha, Battle Royale, Letters from Iwo Jima, Saving Private Ryan, Constantine, Of Mice and Men, the Matrix I. I enjoy reading, my favorite book always has, and always will be White Oleander by Janet Finch. I however, also enjoy Battle Royale, Looking for Alaska, Of Mice and Men, South of the Border, West of the Sun, Dance, Dance, Dance, After Midnight, and A Certain Slant of Light. I enjoy Indie music mainly, and particularly like Bright Eyes, Eisley, Regina Spektor, The Hush Sound, Lydia, Camera Obscura, Nouvelle Vague, and Laura Veirs. I absolutely adore Evangeline Lilly. Don't know who she is? Look her up. I also have major crushes on Claudia Black, Kate Beckinsale, Shannen Doherty, and Alyssa Milano. As far as men go, I love Richard Dean Anderson at the moment, but also like Ken Leung, Jamie Barber, Seth MacFarlane, Ando Masanobu, Heath Ledger, John Hensley, Leonardo DiCaprio, Julian McMahon, Will Yun Lee, Josh Hartnett, and Aaron Eckhart. I swing very far left and am a major Democrat! I fully support Barack Obama as our President. I myself am a very open-minded person when it comes to sexuality and I am very strongly for homosexual rights and believe that anyone, either male or female should be able to be with, or marry who they'd like. If you hadn't guessed already, I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, hate homophobes. Finally, I like men. Although as I said, I'm open-minded and wouldn't completely rule out a woman. I'm picky about who I date, especially after being hurt. I'm not naive anymore, and I'm very confident with the type of man that I'd like. I could tell you about that here, but that would kill part of the mystery, wouldn't it? I'm an enigma. Love me, hate me, you've only hit the tip of the iceberg if you've read this. Good day.
