Steeped in religious imagery and mysticism, the music encompasses organic and artificial sources to create a deeply profound journey into the soul. The sounds of chants used over water bowels being struck in harmony is just one of the components that sets the scene for this rather unnerving recording. The use of almost Middle Eastern musique concrete…where sounds devolve and dissolve…helps brings forth the light from the darkness. Semi experimental in vein, where modern equipment and traditional musical instruments clash head to head, helps the music to mutate in various directions whilst still retaining a sense of balance.
Vadim Gusis doesn’t just create music. He lives and breaths it and this is amply shown here. Pilgrims willing to follow his path will be suitably rewarded for their time and effort. --- taken from Aural Pressure review of "Dawn Syndrome" CD
Final part of two-piece opus from L.A.D.O is out now on Vetvei! CD-R contains best fragments of artists night performance, as heard by guests of annual forest open-air festival Systo Togethering 2007. Album starts with sounds of body moving into forest – human breathes, moves and hears approaching drone and rustles. Lazy sun sets and inner space of sleep rise. L.A.D.O blindfolds the listener and leads him..her into the deep caverns and shallow waters. Listener follows the pulse of branches and joins procession of glowworms and fireflies to find his..her inner space. Speaking of style – second part of series is still a trademark psychedelic drone ambient canvas embroided with analog and digital soaring sounds, sometimes turning into undanceable experimental trance with radio signals and shamanic songs. Evgeniy Savenko uses loops, vinyl records, musique concrete and voice to create his well-known frost-tinged drones. In general the record done in Biosonar style – structured, colorful, complex and more bright than many well-known and average releases on drone scene. The cover in gold and gray waxed paper cover with herbal Vetvei-style artwork and 3 photos from the shores of Cold Spring.

H. Jackson Brown: Good character is more to be praised than outstanding talent. Most talents are, to some extent, a gift. Good character, by contrast, is not given to us. We have to build it, piece by piece -- by thought, choice, courage, and determination.

Sky and Earth meld into one where Vjuga Ljet Duj begun with a moment when nestling will begin to see,and then their Mothers give clear statements. Tightly wrapped it soars down, like a raven and enters the House through the roots. It is a journey-exploration and proclaiming each of 9 lines stated in Circle. With deep vibrations we enchant the symbols seen in dreams and ask the people who never spoken using words.Rough ritual ambient sung by voices of three worlds animals and shaped in acoustic-analog form. Iron percussion, loud words of caves and dimensions wrapped in smoke scent. We look after and expect, glorify the Law a song with inexhaustibility of form and content.
