I am pretty consumed with work. When I am not at work and I usually working on the computer or working on my weekend toy, a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT-8. I am a member of the DFW LX Club in Dallas/Fort Worth and the New Jersey Mopar Group - - - just a bunch like-minded Mopar friends that get together for meet & greets, shows, campouts and weekend BBQs.
Roseanna and me on our Alaska trip last summer
At A Dallas Cowboys Game. I miss them since I moved to NJ.
I like going to Charger Club meet and greets, shows and rallies. Full Throttle Challenge - Oct 2006
Before I left Texas my friends Rachel, Eric and Sarah have talked me into autocrossing. Watch out! Autocross - November 2007 - Mineral Wells, TX
It's also great to spend time with family and friends. I still have a lakehouse at Lake Whitney, Texas and try to get down there every two months or so when the time comes to get away from the real world. Lakehouse at Arrowhead Resort - Lake Whitney
Anytime the opportunity presents itself, I enjoy traveling to see other parts of the country and world. Monaco Grand Prix Mount Rushmore - 2007
Music
You name it....Maroon 5, Nickelback, Coldplay. My last several download to the iPOD include: Corinne Baily Rae, Blue October, Natasha Bedingfield, Glen Miller, Dierks Bentley, Alicia Keys, Ronan Tynan, MercyMe, U2, Lonestar, Santatan & Five for Fighting. I like just about any genre of music. I usually listen to 102.9 out of Dallas, TX in the mornings via iHeart on my iPhone.
Movies
SRT driver training at Limerock by Skip Barber
Television
You mean in addition to football? Lets see... Survivor, Ugly Betty, Greys Anatomy, 24, ER, Private Practice......
Books
Anything by Vince Flynn or Brad Thor. I am in the middle of "State of Denial" (kinda convoluted) and The Secret. Just finished "In an Instant". I like biographies and political thrillers as well as books written by people well known for their leadership.
Heroes
In the big picture, the men and women who serve in our armed forces are my heroes. We will never be able to do enough for them. I also honor every day heros - police officers and firefighters, school teachers, nurses ... There are so many unsung heros out there who make differences every day in people's lives.

Hi there and welcome to my little corner on MySpace. My name is Chris. I am a proud Texan and for most of my life I lived the Dallas/Fort Worth area, most recently in Mansfield. In March of this year I accepted a promotion that involved my relocation to the New York City area. It is a good thing that I have always embraced change, because it has certainly been that – professionally but especially personally. I just purchased a new home in the Schooleys Mountain/Long Valley area of Northern New Jersey near Washington Township. I have a lot of different interests and past times, and no matter what, I will always be a Texan and a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Some say that I am opinionated, as if that is a bad thing. I can come off aggressive in business but I am actually pretty sensitive and shy, and have a hard time accepting a compliment. I have an open mind and tend to think things through beyond the surface. I challenge conformity, and strive to understand the things that make people different. I am poised in professional situations and am pretty successful at what I do. I communicate my thoughts very well when I am in a business environment or when I am angry about something, but I often have trouble trying to articulate things when I am happy. I am single now, but I hope that some day I won't be.
The people I love are the most important things in my life. My loyalty is honest and true and there is not much that I would not do for a true friend. I believe that sunrises and sunsets are little gifts we get each day. I care more about life experiences than awards. Sushi grosses me out and Autumn is my favorite season. Then Spring. I am a competitive Capricorn, but that means nothing to me. I wear contact lenses because I am too much of a wimp to have laser surgery. I am a multi-tasking expert and I loved to play with Legos when I was a kid.
I don’t thing war is ever the right answer, and I think I could do a better job in public office than most of the people there. I think it would be cool to know sign language. I hate spiders, but I hate even worse letting someone down. I am a damn good southern cook and I love to cook for others. I like take more pleasure watching the reaction to a gift I give that someone watching my reaction to a gift they give to me. I make people laugh and try to make them feel good about themselves.
The best part of my job is helping others be better at what they do and I am good at seeing potential in people that they don’t see in themselves. I like to coach, and I will always embrace being coached. I leave a good tip and I like the same songs for a long time. I love storms and I am obsessed with the weather. I hate scales but I love the sea. What I lack in willpower I make up for in determination.
Perhaps the most important thing to know about me is that I reject the notion that, in order to “be somebody” in this society you have to have money, or drive a fancy new car, or have a certain body type, or believe in a certain God, or go to a certain church, or vote in a certain way, or wear designer clothing, or possess an ivy league piece of paper, or be of a certain race or sexual preference, or come from a certain side of the tracks. A person’s honesty, integrity, and humanity always their trump social status in my book.
Enough philosophical blah blah.....
MY WORK:
When I was a kid growing up I was sure I would be a cop my entire life. After studying both marketing and criminal justice in college, and after period of time in law enforcement, a new future opened up to me in real estate. I am now in my 18th year in residential real estate with the nation's largest real estate brokerage company, and I oversee the marketing team that services the entire Eastern Seaboard.
FOR FUN:
You can already see that I like anything automotive related. I have a limited edition Dodge Charger SRT-8 that I take autocrossing a few weekend's a year. It has a few mods, and except for race weekends or an occassional weekend drive on a sunny day, it stays inside and covered. Hopefully I will find the time to get more involved in the autocross groups here in the Northeast. As mentioned, I am also a huge Dallas Cowboy fan, even back during the hard times, and I also enjoy computer work as well. I own a weekend lake retreat at Lake Whitney, Texas so I always have a place to "come home" to in the Lone State State.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my page.
